FlatterMe offers fashion and styling recommendations based on quiz answers, body profile information, product text, and user feedback. The service may include a website, quiz, browser extension, recommendation API, and feedback features.

3. No Professional Advice

FlatterMe provides general styling guidance only. Recommendations are subjective and may be incomplete or inaccurate. FlatterMe does not provide medical, health, psychological, or professional fashion advice, and it does not guarantee that a product will fit, flatter, or be available.

4. Browser Extension

The browser extension reads product information from shopping pages to generate recommendations. Retailer websites can change without notice, so product detection and scoring may sometimes be incorrect.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • misuse the service or interfere with its operation,
  • submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content,
  • attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or scrape the service beyond normal use, or
  • use FlatterMe in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Feedback

If you submit feedback, you allow FlatterMe to use it to improve the recommendation system, debug product detection, and train or evaluate scoring models. Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and Changes

FlatterMe may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. The version published on this website is the current version.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlatterMe is not liable for styling outcomes, purchase decisions, retailer information, product availability, or inaccurate recommendations. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
